Gymnastics Strength Training

  • CrossFit gymnastics strength, flexibility and skill training including: handstands, handstand walking, handstand pushups, pull ups and muscle ups (rings and bar)
  • Gymnastics strength training emphasising shoulder prehab and core stability and strength
  • Basic gymnastics for children and adults including handstands, flexibility and basic tumbling (large air floor used)
  • 1-on-1 or small group training
