We offer private (1-on-1) and semi-private (groups of 2-5) training for beginners through to experienced athletes who want close personalised attention, or have specific goals in mind.
Private and semi-private sessions are tailored to the specific goals and needs of an individual or a small group. This may include aerial sport-specific skills (such as gymnastics, diving or trampolining), or CrossFit gymnastics skills.

Our workshops improve participants’ technical foundations and movement efficiency across a variety of gymnastics/CrossFit gymnastics skills (i.e. handstands, etc).

Improve gymnastics technique and perform gymnastics movements more safely and efficiently
Enhance ability to improve or learn new gymnastics skills and reduce risk of injury
