CROSSFIT GYMNASTICS WORKSHOPS

  • Our workshops improve participants’ technical foundations and movement efficiency across a variety of CrossFit gymnastics skills.

  • Ideal for preparing for CrossFit competitions

  • Gymnastics movements can include strict and/or kipping: pull ups, ring and bar muscle ups, toes to bar, handstands, warm ups, mobility and progressions

  • Workshops may be conducted at HrdKAW Strength or can be delivered at your preferred gym (Sydney)

  • Workshops can be fully tailored to your needs

  • Coached by 5x Olympian Melissa Wu
