Our workshops improve participants’ technical foundations and movement efficiency across a variety of CrossFit gymnastics skills.
Ideal for preparing for CrossFit competitions
Gymnastics movements can include strict and/or kipping: pull ups, ring and bar muscle ups, toes to bar, handstands, warm ups, mobility and progressions
Workshops may be conducted at HrdKAW Strength or can be delivered at your preferred gym (Sydney)
Workshops can be fully tailored to your needs
