We provide a supportive group training environment to build your confidence and help you feel inspired and motivated when you train.We cater sessions to the individual needs and abilities of each woman. We provide personalised attention during each session to ensure technique is performed correctly and to prevent injury.

  • Sessions combine a strength component and a high intensity workout to condition the whole body and improve fitness
